So here is another outfit with this floral skirt. It’s proving surprisingly versatile, given its eye-catching print that one would, on first glance, think is a bit difficult to mix-n-match. Not so after all!
I’m often drawn to red and have a lot of it in my wardrobe, it’s such a cheerful energising colour that seems to suit both the winter and summer vibes equally well. I only don’t like it when it’s mixed with black. That particular combo is a bit harsh and stark for my colouring… leave that one for the black-haired beautys out there..
Today’ll be another scorcher so dressed for coolness. Very hot weather is so unkind to fashionistas as you can hardly throw on a cardi or scarf to add another colour to your ensemble, for fear of passing out from heat exhaustion…
My hair is a little wild this morning, we took the pictures quite early while my hair was still wet from the shower.

Hi Carolyn! It's not very often I "meet" another Perth blogger! How exciting! Adorable skirt! It looks so lovely with that apricot top (I can't wear apricot and it saddens me greatly!).
URGH! Do not even TALK to me about the dire fabric situation! hehehe. (I think I should quit uni and start an online fabric shop!)
-The best ever places are the Aurelio Costarella fabric sale and the Empire Rose fabric sale. They sell the most brilliant silks and wools for $5/m and obviously it's fabulous commercial quality fabric. You can join the Aurelio Costarella facebook group and they tell you when they are. (or go into the shop and ask to be put on the mailing list – although that's always risky because there is a serious danger you will leave the shop having bought a magnificent $1000 dress!). I think they advertise the Empire Rose sale in the paper (which means I usually miss it!).
-Spotlight is hideous and soooo expensive for what it is. I only buy calico and zips and interfacing from there!
-Fabulous Fabrics is good for (really expensive) evening wear fabric.
-Angel Silk House in South Perth has some really really beautiful silks and linens (that's where I got the silk linen from my green dress from) but it's expensive.
-I get a few bits and pieces from this shop: http://www.tessuti-shop.com/collections/new-additions (not AS expensive as the others) -but I get about 90% of my fabric from ebay. especially from this seller: http://shop.ebay.com.au/rorowilson0/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340 (it seems they dont' have anything selling at the moment) and this seller:
http://stores.shop.ebay.com.au/BRITISH-FABRICS__W0QQ_armrsZ1
-The rest I get from this wholesaler: http://www.emgreenfield.com/home.asp they're excellent and so cheap (you'll wonder why on earth you ever paid retail). If they ask say you have a business!
That is all! SORRY about the length!
Hi,
It is very wise for women to choose these beautiful dresses. Then they can buy more with the same amount of money. Here you can choose your choice Ball gown at a reasonable price. I like it.
