  1. Hello!! I'd just wanted to drop you a note to tell you that i showed your Paper Doll Project to my 10 year old daughter, and she's totally in love with it! she's always been into fashion, and she's really impressed that you make so many beautiful things 😀

    • Michelle, thank you so much for those kind words. I hope your daughter continues to enjoy fashion, and maybe makes some things for herself! 🙂

  2. Yum! I love all your cozy colours and outfits! The army jacket is getting a lot of use and is inspiring me to get sewing on my own fall jacket. I bought 3m of sapphire blue corduroy for $3/m and it is just begging to be sewn up!

I like to splash of paprika and teal in your wardrobe. So pretty!

  3. Recently spent two weeks in Nice on my own, cat sitting for a cousin, waiting for Bill to join me. Rather than explore extensively I re-organised my blog list, cleared out my email and began reading your blog from the start. Next time I'm in the mood for an organising project, I'm going to make myself a list of the patterns you've used the most. I'm not up to the Japanese pattern book – just enrolled in an intermediate sewing class and already nervous about zippers – but I could manage that skirt that you like so much, I think…. Definitely have a Fashionary on my wishlist! Currently in the motorhome here in Loches, France. I've enjoyed having hot weather up until today (rained, 22 C. today) but no matter what, can't wait to get back to my sewing machine!
